Porsche Arena: Upgrade to LED Lighting

As was previously done at the neighboring Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle, the installation of the new LED lighting system at Stuttgart’s Porsche Arena has now been completed—just in time for the first event of 2024.

Together with our local partner, Gierss Veranstaltungstechnik, we were able to convert the lighting system within just a few days. With the new LED lighting—the most advanced LED lighting system in an event and sports arena in all of Europe—the Porsche Arena is optimally prepared for future events.

The asymmetric LuLo LED luminaires can be dimmed continuously down to 1%. With a TLCI score of 97, they deliver highly accurate colour reproduction for television broadcasting, eliminating the need for additional colour correction.

Depending on the event, individual lighting zones and the colour temperature, ranging from 3,000 K to 6,000 K, can be controlled via DMX. Specialised optics and horizontal mounting ensure consistently low glare and highly uniform illumination.
