Wilhelmsfeld is the only recognised climatic health resort in the Heidelberg district. The strong environmental awareness inspired by these exceptional surroundings is also a key priority for local sports club TSG Wilhelmsfeld.

The outdated and energy-intensive metal-halide lighting was replaced with our AAA-LUX LED floodlighting technology. At the same time, the number of floodlights was reduced from eight to six, enabling energy savings of well over 70%.

Despite using fewer floodlights, there is no loss of brightness or lighting quality. With just six dimmable AAA-LUX LED floodlights, the system achieves 110 lux with a uniformity of 0.7.

Dimming is essential for modern, smart lighting. Uniformity remains constant, while the club can adjust energy consumption to suit its requirements.
